BEST WAY TO UNWIND

Unwinding after a workout is a key part to not becoming sore or tense the next day. The easiest way to unwind is by stretching and massaging your body after your workout. Stretching always seems like the easy part, especially because you don’t need any equipment or special technique to do it. Some may think that massaging is the harder part of post workout, but really it isn’t that hard at all. Massage balls are relatively cheap and easy to find, and there are plenty of places online that sell them as well. If you’re not looking into buying anything – no worries, if you have a tennis ball or any little toy sort thing that can roll, then you’re set. Doing it on the ground or a yoga mat works best, as you need pressure on the bottom of the ball, so standing and using your hand isn’t going to work as well.
